600 nm SW of Point Conception...while a 1003 mb thermal low was
centered over the lower Colorado River valley. The high will
gradually shift north through the weekend. Moderate to strong
northwest flow will continue across the outer waters into early
Sunday then weaken. As a result...gale force winds could persist
through Saturday evening.
